Manufactured for Smith & Wesson Handguns by SDM Fabricating, this one inch long red fiber optic rod gathers lots of light creating an exceptionally bright sight picture even in low light conditions. The sight base is wire EDM'd with 50 lpi machined serrations on the rear face. It is designed to fit the new M500 along with all Classic and DX revolvers with interchangeable front sights. Standard sight height for the M500 is .250"", the .300"" high sight is an added option. The base comes in a black matte finish .300"" high by .125"" wide.
