1. How do I return a Walther pistol for repair?
Please contact our Customer Support Center for instructions on how to return your handgun for repair: 1-800-372-6454 (Inside USA) 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday - Friday).

4. Are all Walther pistols manufactured in Germany?
The PPS, SP22, P99, P22 and G22 are manufactured in Germany. The PPK and PPK/S-1 are manufactured by Smith & Wesson in their Houlton, Maine plant.
5. Do the PPK and PPK/S-1 have the Smith & Wesson Lifetime Service Policy?
No, the PPK and PPK/S-1 are Walther pistols which are manufactured for Walther by S&W. They have a one year warranty which covers defects in material or workmanship.
6. Where can I obtain the history of my older Walther pistol?
We would suggest referencing a bluebook on handguns, or any book that is written on the subject of Walther handguns.
7. Do you repair older Walther pistols, such as P5, P38, etc.
No, we have no parts for older Walther pistols in our inventory. We would suggest searching the web for dealers who handle Walther parts.
