The Active Shooter Response Training course is a 3-day training course designed to address the threat of an active shooter and/or other violent critical incident at the workplace, on school grounds, college and university campuses, shopping centers, and churches. Students will work on enhancing their firearms skills, tactics, techniques, and procedures, to prepare themselves to locate, close with, and engage armed adversaries within common structures. With very little classroom time during instruction, students will learn about firearm skills when confronted with an active shooter scenario. Using conventional and modern firearms tactics during practical application this course is fast paced and range based. This course will not only focus on enhanced firearms skills but the movement to get to the tactical problem.
Students are encouraged to bring their own issued firearm and duty gear.
Ammunition is included in the tuition fee.
